Q: Is the pricing per person?
A: No. the pricing is per station. 1 person at a time can play on a station, however, you are allowed to take turns at no additional cost
Q: Can we play together in a game?
A: Yes. As long as each player has their own station. Just select a game that supports multiplayer and one of our NPC's will assist you with connecting to your group.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: No. We do take walk-ins, however, reserving your spot would guarantee that you get in at the time you want.
Q: What is the minimum age allowed to play?
A: We have a soft limit of 8+. Under 8 we cannot guarantee the full experience as the equipment may not fit as well. We also have a limited amount of games that would be simple enough for children under 8. This is, of course, on a per child basis as some kids pick up the controls really fast.
Q: Can I make a reservation for Happy Hour / All Day Pass?
A: No. These are sold as a walk-in purchase only.
